Indra Regent Hotel, Bangkok

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were huge and spotless, perfect for quick access to the skytrain to the airport within 20 minutes. However, the noise levels were high due to poor soundproofing with all floors tiled, including the corridor and lift lobby.

The hotel room was small due to adding a rollaway bed but clean. The only downside was the uncomfortable mattress. The service was lacking customer relations skills at times, but generally helpful and friendly. The location is great for shopping and near various attractions. The dining experience had limited choices and some communication issues. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
